Summertime has been a blast here at the Hippy home, as we have spent a TON of time adventuring outdoors, swimming to our hearts content, and of course consuming our summer favorites. Brussels Sprouts That a Hater Loved

Cilantro Lime Sweet Potatoes & Carrots, with Citrus Oven Baked Broccoli

This recipe is ALL my own. I Love sweet potatoes and I am always trying to find a new way to serve them. They are so delicious that right now, as we speak, I am frothing at the mouth! I decided to make a nice beta carotine mix with this and for better vitamin absorbency, I added lime. Who uses lime without cilantro (besides you weirdos that don't like cilantro!)?
